The Dental Bus

The dental bus will come to Family Assistance twice each year.

in 2011 on:   Jun 11 and Nov 12

in 2012 on:   May 12 and Nov 10 (check on this)

You must apply 2 weeks before the scheduled bus arrival.

You must follow all regulations for getting help at Family Assistance.

• You must be in the WOEOM district.
• You must have a current photo ID. If the address is different than the address you are staying at you must bring a bill or a lease with your name and the current address as well as the photo ID.
• You will fill out an application and be interviewed before you are given a Dental Bus appointment.

Limited appointment availability

The Dental Bus services are limited to:

fillings and extractions.
